10 KB good mornings

10 KB squats

10 single leg KB press

Mobility

Green Band

hamstring stretch (up, then both sides)

seated straddle

pigeon

Weightlifting

Single Leg Deadlift (3×12 (each leg))

rear foot elevated
using KB or no weight to work on balance

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 18

15 Squats (DB)

15 DB snatch

15 burpees over DB
