60 Russian KBS (53/35) RX+(70/53) *alt. every 10 reps
60 Pull Ups *alt. every 5
60 Cal Bike *alt. every 10
30 Dball Over Shoulder (70/40) RX+(100/50) *alt. every 1
300 DU *split anyway!
The idea is to continue moving quickly while keeping everyone working throughout the entire wod by alternating partners in short intervals. (Hence no real standing around!)
