CrossFit Megalodon – Masters
Warm-up (No Measure)
3 mins of jump rope or toe taps
Mobility
Back squat (5 x 5)
In between each set perform banded side step. 10 each direction
Deadlift (3 x 12)
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
3 rds
1:00 min lunges
1:00 min sit ups
1:00 min wall balls
1:00 min rest
Each movement will be performed for max reps. You will have 1:00 min at each station then move directly to the next and repeat 3 times through. You will habe 1:00 min of rest built in so push yourself through all the movements !
