A: 5 Front Squat (135/95) & Max burpee bar hops RX+(185/125)

B: Run 200
Partner A completes 5 front squats then max number of burpees jumping over th bar laterally between reps while partner runs 200m. Each Partner to complete set as fast as possible for 6 rounds
