100m sprint carrying DB–both partners run but alternating
100 DB Snatch
100m OH lunges–both lunge, alternating
100 Sit Ups
100m Bear Crawl–both partners, alternating
100 Push Ups
**At home with no partner keep the distance the same but cut the reps in half and the time to 15 minutes**
An example of a substitution for DB could be a gallon of water…..
Example sub for the buddy carry you can use a heavy back pack….
