Partner A: Run 400m
Partner B:
12 Walking Lunges with weight
6 Hops over weight
12 Ground to overhead with weight
Partner C: Rest
*When partner A gets back from run they replace B and continue where B ended. B moves to C and C moves to the run.
**Weights may be kegs, logs, or bring a loaded backpack**
