Stretch/mobilize if needed, then:

15 jumping jacks

10 squats

5 push-ups

WOD

Metcon (Time)

EQUIPMENT VERSION

“Gravity”

5 RFT (rounds for time)

80 DU (160 singles)

40 sit-ups

20 push-ups

10 reverse burpees

NO EQUIPMENT VERSION

“Gravity”

5 RFT (rounds for time)

60 dot-hops

40 sit-ups

20 push-ups

10 reverse burpees

30 minute CAP
*Look on the CFM FB page, the GroupMe or email for videos on how to perform reverse burpees and dot-hops.

**I will also include a short “chalktalk” regarding how to scale this WOD if needed.
