A good sub for sumo deadlift if you have no bar can be:
Single Leg Deadlift 3 x 10-12 each leg
or
Good Mornings 3 x 10 with broomstick or pvc…nice slow reps, feel the stretch

**For limited equipment you can do sq. cleans with a single, or pair of, dumbell/kb. If all you have is a medicine or dball you can do med ball cleans or dball over the shoulder**
