Warm-up
Rowling (No Measure)
The goal is to make your rower stop right at 100 meters. Every meter over or under 100 equals a penalty. Examples: if you row 105 meters, your partner will complete 5 burpees, or if you row 92 meters, your partner will complete 8 burpees. Switch places each round.
