200 meter Row
Front Rack Barbell Hold (Bodyweight)*
*Hold the barbell for the duration of the 200 meter Row.
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. If the 200-meter Row takes 1 minute, then athlete must hold the Barbell in the Front Rack Position for 1 minute. If it takes 2 minutes to do the Row, then the Barbell Front Rack Hold will be for 2 minutes as well.
