By definition, CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program with “functional movements that are constantly varied, performed at a high intensity”. What that means is you’ll learn to get fit with ever-changing workouts that combine bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, and weightlifting. You will be exposed to a variety of exercises that combine cardiovascular and strength work. At CrossFit Megalodon, we emphasize fundamental, functional movements with proper technique.

Our fitness program is constructed to provide you with a daily challenge while keeping your workouts fun. Our coaches are enthusiastic and experienced, and welcome the challenge of establishing and progressing towards each client’s personal goals. The workouts will be pre-programmed everyday and members will exercise as a group under the supervision of one of our coaches. At CrossFit Megalodon, we pride ourselves on creating a tight knit community of members. Whether it be to get your very first pullup, max out your back squat, or lose weight, we’re here to help you reach those goals! We can help beginners learn the fundamentals of CrossFit, assist those rehabbing from injuries improve their functional capacity, help seasoned CrossFitters meet their PR goals, and also help the more competition-minded athlete with our new WestSide Conjugate style competition programming.
