Partner 1:
10 Deadlifts
10 Box Jumps (step-ups)
Partner 2:
Plank hold
Alternate each rd
Rest 2 mins
Then: AMMAP in 10 mins

Partners must switch every 250m
During the first AMRAP partner 1 can not perform any DL or Box Jumps unless partner 2 is holding any style of plank (from the elbows or pushup position)
