This is a good ol classic active recovery day. I recognize that for some people this may be one of the only days they can make it in this week so you can make up a missed wod from the week, work on accessory, or hop on a machine if you like.

Wrist stretch

Couch stretch

Pigeon stretch

Butterfly

Downward dog

Straddle

Metcon

Metcon (Time)

1-2 Mile Weighted Walk

-choose a weight that allows good posture

-nasal breathe the whole way

Weighted options:

-heavy backpack

-ruck sack

-wreckbag

-vest walk
