We realize that people are at different readiness levels so in order for everyone to score their Murph times properly we posted 1/4, 1/2, and full Murphs.

In honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
