200 meter run
1-10 goblet squats
10-1 situps
200 meter run
You will Run 200 meter then when you return you will do 1 goblet squat and 10 sit-ups. Then 2 goblet squats and 9 sit-ups . You will continue this way till you do 10 goblet squats and 1 sit-up and finish with a 200 meter run
