CrossFit Megalodon – Fit Happens
Warm-up
Warm-up (No Measure)
200m jog, then
3 rounds
15 air squats
10 situps
5 pushups
WOD
Metcon (5 Rounds for time)
Equipment Option:
on the 5:00 x 5 rounds
200m SPRINT + 3 burpees
20 db snatch (10 each arm)
10 db thruster (5 each arm)
NO Equipment Option:
on the 5:00 x 5 rounds
200m SPRINT + 3 burpees
20 “odd object” snatch
10 “odd object” thruster
*Complete work as quick as possible each round. Each movement should take no longer than 1:00-1:15 for a total of no more than 3:30 of work each round. You need no less than 1:30 rest before your next round.*
