4 x 25 cal bike
4 x 100ft oh lunges (45/25) RX+(single arm 53/35)
4 x 400 run
4 x 25 pull ups
***NOTE: this should be MAX EFFORT each time an athlete performs their share as he/she will have a decent rest…should try and make all movements unbroken
***alternating partners, each partner finishes their share before the next partner goes
***cannot move on until the entire set is complete
