Front Squat (2 x 3 @ 60%)

Front Squat (2 x 2 @ 70%)

Front Squat (1 x 1 @ 75%)

Front Squat (1 x 1 @ 85%)

Front Squat (4 x 3 @ 80-85%)

Weightlifting

Every 45 seconds

Deadlift (12 x 1 @ 65%)

Get tight and stand with the bar as quickly as you can. This also gives you 12 opportunities to work on your set up and first pull.
