5 deadlift

10 push-ups

15 air squats
Deadlift weight should be moderately heavy as long as form is maintained.

For push-ups no one should be on their knees, we are focusing on keeping the body in a plank position, so “raise the floor” by using a barbell in the rig at the appropriate height.
